Want to know where your LILAZEN order is? You can view your order information in your account or use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
- Check your email: Once your order ships, look for the shipping confirmation email and select the tracking link or copy the tracking number.
- View your orders: Open your Shopify account orders to review the available order information.
- Need help? If you have not received tracking details or a tracking link is not working, contact our team with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch. This page provides instructions and order access; it does not display live carrier tracking status directly.
